Apple Crate

Bright red and yellow freshly picked apples are framed in a packing crate. Intense colors of powdered glass and chips on an opaque base were used to pop the apples towards the viewer. Pale translucent blues of fusing sheet glass and thin glass rods create a resting place of the box and framework without visual distraction in this glass fused artwork.
